Hey, I'm Dalton.
I've been coaching for about a decade. I started in fitness, but quickly realized that bigger biceps didn't bring me or my clients a better life. I spent years searching — both worldwide and deep within — for more holistic ways to evolve myself and serve others. Needless to say, I found something.
I started testing it with my parkour students and watched them INSTANTLY overcome the fears and blocks they had been struggling with for months. So I wondered, what would it look like to create this kind of immediate shift in other areas of life?
I applied the same approach to mental health, relationships, wealth, and more through workshops, retreats, and teaching at other companies before going solo. 6+ years offline and 120+ clients later, I'm finally sharing my work with the world.
